Your two charming Reverends, religiously devoted to sinning: Tif (ladytiferet and my most humble self
have decided to help some poor, forsaken by people (and gods of fandom) prompts along the way, selecting two from movieverse/bookverse canon era and two modern/futuristic/whatever the hell else aus each week(tonight I picked two canon ones and she two aus).Give them a good start, a nudge to get them going, remind people of their existence. Feel free to post your suggestions for each week as well and discuss the prompts and ideas here (and wherever else you'd like, naturally). Basically, we're here to engage as many creative projects as we can and even more rampant enthusiasm. Everybody's more than welcome.

For this week, and to start with, we bring you



Esca/Marcus, Marcus is unaware of his attraction to Esca until it's pointed out to him. Sometime after he is freed, Esca asks Marcus why he never used him sexually. This actually hadn't occurred to Marcus, but now he can't stop thinking about sex with Esca. Bonus points if he wants things that are shameful for a Roman citizen to want from/with a barbarian British libertus and Marcus struggles with that.

I am not the OP, but this prompt is made of all sorts of awesome. I just love Marcus being a little clueless on the whole idea and then it slams into him like a train-wreck. It has potential for copious amounts of our favourite flavour of UST, perhaps even some humour with Marcus's mind getting ahead of itself and hell a shit-tone of pining if you ask me!

unfortunately, this little lamb is yet to find a stable home! However, this cutie-pie prompt has been officially put for prospective adobtion by theslashbunny and seascribe, I am sure they will provide it with a nurturing household with loads of stuffed unicorns and hot choco. Of course, it does not mean other potential parents should back off. THE MORE THE MERRIER IS ONE OF OUR CHURCH'S MOTTO AFTER ALL.

Our beautifully written Safekeeping (my heart goes out to you AA) made me think of another angst-ridden prompt:

Esca/Marcus. Marcus comes to Esca in the village. Angst. H/C
Marcus wants and misses Esca so much, despite (or maybe partially because of) how Esca treats him now that he is the one that has all the power and control.
Marcus is petrified with shame, but the need proves stronger and he comes to Esca one night and gets on his knees.

I want to cling to whoever requested this for it is made of my lust-tears. I've dreamed of this ever since I saw that stupid life-ruining movie. Just think about it guys. HOW FUCKING HOT, HEART-BREAKING AND GORGEOUS THIS COULD BE?

Tif pointed out politely that there is hardly any SF in this lovely fandom so her first
prompt to pimp is that of the cyberpunk genre.

Esca/Marcus- dystopian AU
Same premise as the book or film but set in a dystopian universe of the author's making. Marcus is a warrior/soldier retired from duty because of injury, Esca is his slave (up to author how he is acquired, but maybe some kind of futuristic gladiator arena).

What happens after that is up to the author.

A TRULY FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY FOR WORLD-BUILDING, AM I RIGHT OR AM I RIGHT? grim and gritty and slave/master dynamics with a futuristic twist. YUM.

Esca/Marcus- Prison AU
sue us for nepotism but this prompt has actually been requested by our good friend and molester bachaboska who is all kinds of talented and adorable.
She basically wanted:
I want Esca looking as a jailbait (but only looking like that because he is just a fierce bitch!) and Marcus desperately wanting to protect him (even if it’s very clear that Esca doesn’t need his protection).

Big plus for: Marcus being in some powerful crime-family -he is in prison because he toke blame for his boss' crime (Marcus trys to clear his father’s name) and Esca being a guy who hates gangsters (maybe he even is in prison because he killed one).
